摘要
文章基于文献资料和实地调研,以利益相关者理论为视角,分析教师资格考试中各主要利益相关者的不同应对表现,主要包括矛盾心态下的各层次教师培养院校、虽有抱怨但积极备考的师范生、持肯定态度但冷静观望的用人单位。在分析不同表现背后原因的基础上,文章提出教师资格考试和教师教育的改进路径,即优化教师资格考试制度,加强教师资格考试相关实证研究;深化师范院校的内部改革,调整教师教育课程体系;发挥各利益相关者优势,构建教师教育质量保障体系。
Based on the literature and filed study, the paper discusses the stakeholders' reponses to National Teacher Quali- fication Exam under the perspective of stakeholder theory. They are universities and colleges in dilemma, student teachers with active preparation, and employers such as primary and middle schools with doubts. After the analysis of reasons of different reponses, the paper suggests that: to optimize the exam with more empirial studies ; to enhance the reform of Normal universities with adjustment of curriculum ; and to excert stakeholders ' potential and construct quality assurance system.
