摘要
本研究以海淀区中小学新任班主任为例,在借鉴OTP模型和绩效分析模型的基础上,构建出"行为导向的教师培训需求分析进阶模型"。该模型共分为三个阶段:第一阶段是建构理想行为,通过理论分析、实践分析和关键行为指标遴选三个环节,形成理想行为的指标体系;第二阶段是分析行为差距,在理想行为的基础上调研实际行为,并将二者进行对比,发现差距;第三阶段是定位培训需求,寻找导致行为差距的原因,判断其是否能够通过培训解决,再进一步判断适合由区级培训解决还是校本培训解决,形成最终的区级培训需求和校级培训需求,在此基础上建构培训课程。
Based on the training needs analysisof primary and middle school beginning headteachers in Haidian District, and in reference to OTP model and performance analysis model, this research constructs the "Action-oriented Teacher Train- ing Needs Analysis Advanced Model", which can literally be divided into three stages. The first stage is to construct ideal actions through there consecutive steps: theoretical analysis, practice analysis, and the key performance index selection. The second stage is to analyze the performance gaps by comparing the ideal actions and the actual actions. The third stage is to identify the real training needs, which includes to find out the causes of the performance gaps, to estimate whether these gaps can be closed through training, to determine whether the training needs can be satisfied by the training at the district level or school-based training, and lastly to construct the training courses on the basis of the training needs analysis.
