摘要
文章以黄山学院财务管理专业为例,总结的改革措施有限制集中授课课时,引导学生参加职业资格证书考试和课程教学改革,鼓励学生参加学科竞赛,打造"双能型"教师,等等。上述改革取得了成效,但其发展过程中也出现了第二课堂发展与缩减课堂教学不匹配,课程教学改革形式大于内容,应用型高校教师应用能力的"低"配置无法满足学生对应用型技能的"高"需求等矛盾。笔者在分析上述矛盾的原因中指出,唯有管理体制的进一步改革才能推进应用型本科院校教学改革的深化。
This article uses reformations taken by financial management major in Huangshan University such as limiting concentrated teaching hours, encouraging students to participate in qualification tests and discipline contests, building bi - ability teachers. All these reformtions have reached different range of effects and also problems, such as unmatch between devel- opment of second - classes and decrease in class teaching, more forms and less contents of classroon teaching reforma- tions, contradiciton between university teachers' low level of application ability and students' high level of demand of ap- plication skill, so the author proposes that only deeper reformation of managerial systems can push teaching reformations in applicaition -oriented universities forward.
