香兰素胺盐酸盐的合成

摘要 以香兰素、盐酸羟胺和氢氧化钠为原料,钯碳作为氢化催化剂,经肟化,0.3 MPa压力下,氢气还原及盐酸成盐反应得到香兰素胺盐酸盐。分别考察了反应温度、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。产品经过液相色谱仪、熔点仪、傅里叶红外仪、核磁共振氢谱仪等测试工具表征得以确认。此合成方法具有条件温和、操作简单、溶剂可回收、产品收率高和纯度高的特点,可以进行工业化放大。 Using vanillin, hydroxylamine and sodium hydroxide as raw materials, and palladium carbon as a hydrogenation catalyst via, the process of oximation, hydrogen reduction under 0.3 MPa pressure, and vanillylamine hydrochloride is synthesized by hydrochloric acid salification reaction. The affecting factors including the reaction time and the reaction temperature are investigated. The product structure is charac- terized by HPLC,melting point, IR and 1H NMR. The new synthetic method,which is a simple process, solvent recovery under mild reaction condition with high purity and high product yield, can be potentially utilized in industrial amplification.
