摘要
以数字化变电站过程层网络为例,研究在IEC61850协议下数字化变电站通信网络,进而分析网络传输对计量性能的影响。模拟计量设备进行网络建模,并根据现实环境,增加EPT、ECT、MU及电能表等IED数量,比较增加IED设备数量前后的网络负载情况和SV报文的网络时延,以及网络时延对电能计量的影响。通过OPNET仿真分析了通信设备的负载增加,可造成电能计量时域不同步问题,从而导致电能表的示值误差,甚至产生计量误差,为分析网络传输性能对数字电能计量提供了依据。
Taking the process layer network of digital substation as an example,the communication network of digital substation in the IEC61850 protocol is studied,and the effect of network transmis-sion on the measurement performance is analyzed. Network modeling for analog metering equipment, and increase the quantity of IED including EPT, ECT, MU according to the realistic environment, then compared the network load and SV packet network delay after increasing the number of IED de-vices,as well as the influence of network delay on electric energy measurement. Communication e-quipment were analyzed by using OPNET simulation load increase,it can cause electric energy mete-ring time domain synchronization problems,which result in the error value of watt-hour meter,even produce measurement error,analyze network transmission performance to provide a basis for the dig-ital power metering.
