摘要
为提高电动汽车的安全性,保护驾乘人员及电池箱,在被动安全设计的基础上,提出了新型的车身前部吸能机构设计方案,提高了小型电动车的车身的正面抗撞性。通过分析、验证结构的合理性和先进性,从而使正面碰撞乘员保护性能符合GB 11551-2014《汽车正面碰撞的乘员保护》及GB/T 31498-2015《电动汽车碰撞后安全要求》中规定要求。
In order to improve the safety of electric cars, protect rides personnel and the battery box, in this paper, on the ba- sis of the passive safety design, a new design of energy absorption mechanism in the front of the body is put forward, the frontal impact resistance of a small electric car body is improved. By analyzing and verifying the rationality and sophistication of the structure, frontal impact occupant protection performance meets the requirements specified in GB11551-2014 "vehicle frontal impact occupant protection" and GB/T31498-2015 "electric vehicle collision safety requirements "
