城市公交车过减速带工况有限元分析

摘要 基于目前城市公交车过减速带工况研究还比较空缺的情况,提出了城市公交车过减速带工况的有限元分析方法。该方法建立城市公交车虚拟样机模型,仿真提取骨架动态峰值载荷,以提取得到的动态载荷作为边界条件进行城市公交车骨架的有限元分析。以某款城市公交车为例,考虑城市公交车过减速带工况的有限元分析,得到其最大等效应力为158 MPa,安全系数为2.18,骨架最大变形为0.032 m,城市公交车过减速带工况满足强度刚度要求。该方法得到了城市公交车过减速带工况各载荷的动载系数,为车辆载荷动载系数的获得提供了新思路,也为城市公交车危险工况的有限元分析提供新方法。 Aiming at the vacancy of research on urban bus in speed reduction zone, a finite etement analysis method of urban bus in speed reduction zone is proposed. A virtual prototype model of urban bus is built, simulation is made to extract skeleton dynamic peak loads, and the dynamic loads are extracted as a boundary condition of the skeleton's finite element analysis. One urban bus is taken as an example, based on the working condition of the urban bus through the deceleration zone, the maximum equivalent stress is 158 MPa, the safety factor is 2.18, the maximum deformation of the skeleton is 0.032 meters, the strength and stiffness of the skeleton meet the requirement. The method obtains the dynamic loads factors of the load of the city bus through the deceleration zone, it provides a new idea for obtaining the dynamic loads coefficient of the vehicle, and provides a new method for the finite element analysis of the dangerous condition of the city bus.
