摘要
针对某车型悬置系统紧固件扭矩衰减严重问题,通过对各种影响因素进行详细分析,确定产生该问题的主要原因。针对各个影响因素进行整改优化,经过理论分析与试验验证,通过优化紧固扭矩、摩擦系数、螺纹啮合长度,有效解决了紧固扭矩衰减严重问题,将其控制在设计要求范围内,提升了悬置系统可靠性及整车可靠性。
For the moment attenuation problem of mount system bolts, the primary reason is found through fault tree analysis for various influence factors in detail. After advanced optimization for every influencing factor, and theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the moment, coefficient and length of engagement are optimized, so the problem is effectively solved. The reliability of the mount system and the vehicle is improved.
