摘要
机器人及其抓具上料系统在卡车焊装生产线中得到越来越广的应用。对机器人抓具系统的常用方式进行了梳理汇总,并结合卡车产品的特殊结构要求,重点介绍了机器人反面抓件机构与旋转定位系统等专用机构的设计原理及综合使用情况,使生产线实现了高效、安全、多品种柔性共线的自动化生产要求。
The robot and grab feeding system has been widely used in the welding production line of trucks. Firstly, the com- mon methods of robot grasping system are summarized. And combined with the special structure requirements of truck products, the design and comprehensive use of the special mechanism of robot back grab mechanism and the rotary positioning system are introduced, which make the production line meet the automatic production requirements of safety, efficiency, many varieties of flexible collinear.
