后路椎板切除椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗脊柱转移瘤硬膜外脊髓压迫症疗效分析

Treatment of spinal metastatic tumors with spinal epidural spinal cord compression by posterior lamina decompression and pedicle screw fixation

目的探讨后路椎板切除椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗脊柱转移瘤硬膜外脊髓压迫症的应用价值。方法对64例脊柱转移瘤硬膜外脊髓压迫症患者采用后路椎板切除椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗。比较治疗前后患者的疼痛评分、生活质量及身体一般状况评分。结果治疗后患者的疼痛评分、生活质量评分及身体一般状况评分均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用后路椎板切除椎管减压钉棒系统内固定术治疗脊柱转移瘤硬膜外脊髓压迫症,疗效确切,可显著缓解患者疼痛感,改善其身体一般状况,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the value of the application of posterior lamina resection and spinal canal decompression screw rod system internal fixation in the treatment of spinal metastases with spinal cord compression. Methods Totally 64 patients with spinal metastatic tumors were treated with posterior vertebral canal decompression and pedicle screw rod system internal fixation. Before and after treatment, the scores of pain, quality of life and general condition of the body were compared between the groups. Results After treatment, the scores of pain, quality of life and general physical condition of the patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The posterior excision decompression nail rod system fixation for the treatment of spinal metastasis tumor of epidural spinal cord compression is effective, can significantly ease the pain, improve the general condition of the body and the quality of life.
