目的:介绍王丽娜教授治疗月经病的临床经验。方法:跟师学习,总结所长。结果:王师治疗崩漏采用补肾固冲、化瘀止血为法,月经过少采用补肾活血、化瘀调经,痛经采用辨病与辨证相结合。结论:王师治疗崩漏、月经过少、痛经等月经病的经验以中西医理论为指导,密切联系临床实际,具有较高的临床指导价值。

Objective：To introduce clinical experiences of Professor Wang Ni-na on menopathy.Methods To sumarized the characteristics of clinical experiences of Professor Wang Ni-na on menopathy with learning follow teacher. Result：Clinical experiences of Professor Wang Ni-na on treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis are replenishing the kidney and regulating the Chong and Pen meridians and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, hypomenorrhea are replenishing the kidney and promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and regulating menstruation, dysmenorrhea are integrated disease identification and syndrome differentiation.Conclusion：There are very valuable guideline of clinical experiences of Professor Wang Ni-na on treating menopathy, such as metrorrhagia and metrostaxis or hypomenorrhea or dysmenorrhea,which directed by theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine,tiped on Clinical practice.
