摘要
企业用工双轨制问题导致的同工不同酬影响和谐劳动关系构建。在实际用工过程中,由于派遣工签订合同企业与用工企业的不同,经常会导致派遣工工资较低,福利待遇与正式工不同,保险缴费基数可能比正式工偏低等同工不同酬现象。这些问题均会影响雇主与雇员的劳动关系,对和谐劳动关系建立带来隐患。文章研究认为解决用工双轨制中的派遣工问题应该制定劳务派遣工使用细则、提升劳务派遣工基本保险及福利待遇、加强对劳务派遣工的培训,提升他们的劳动技能等方式加以解决。通过不断完善企业用工制度,逐步建立和谐的劳动关系,促进经济和社会的良好发展。
The unequal wages caused by dual employment system are seriously affecting the harmonious labor relations. In the employment, the company that dispatched workers sign contract with is different from the employed company. That will lead to a series of issues, for instance, lower wages, insufficient welfare, and lower base of insurance of dispatched workers than full-time workers'. Those issues will definitely influence the labor relations and harm the harmonious labor relations. This paper argues that making detailed contract for dispatched workers, increasing the base of dispatched workers' insurance and welfare and enhancing training for them will be effective solutions to the above problems. Harmonious labor relations will be gradually established by improving employment system and it will advance the economic and social development eventually.
