香茶藨子愈伤组织诱导途径组织培养研究

香茶藨子(Ribes odoratum Wendl.)属于虎耳草科(saxifragaceae)茶藨子属植物,原产于美国,现东北、华北多有栽培,具有重要的经济、观赏价值。实验得出,最佳愈伤组织诱导外植体为茎尖,最佳愈伤组织诱导的激素组合为KT2.0mg/L+2,4-D1.0mg/L,最佳愈伤组织增殖激素组合为KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L,愈伤组织增殖时,最佳培养基固化剂为植物凝胶。

Ribes odoratum Wendl. belongs to the Ribes L.of Saxifragaceae, native to the United States, now is cultivated in the northeastern and northern China. It has important economic and ornamental value. The test result are as follows： the optimum callus induction shoot tip as explants, the best callus induction hormone combination is KT2.0mg/L ＋ 2,4-D1.0mg/L, and the best callus proliferation hormone combination is KT0.5mg/L the best medium curing agent is plant gel. ＋ NAA0.3mg/L. During the callus proliferation,
