摘要
以分析纯的甲苯为原料,通过用冰水、稀硫酸和浓硫酸等方法来精制甲苯.红外光谱、气相色谱、蒸发残渣量、紫外透光率、折射率等实验结果表明,这3种精制方法都改善了甲苯的纯度,其中浓硫酸法提纯的甲苯其气相色谱杂峰最少,纯度最高.
In this paper,the analytical grade toluene has been purified by ice water,diluted sulfuric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid methods,respectively. The results of infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography,the amount of evaporation residue and UV transmittance,refractive index indicate that these three methods significantly improved purity of toluene,and gas chromatography demonstrate the toluene purified by concentrated sulfuric acid method shows highest purity among all of toluene.
