活性Al_2O_3负载Fe活化Na_2S_2O_8降解罗丹明B的研究

摘要 应用不同方法制备活性Al_2O_3负载铁的催化剂,考察了催化剂催化Na_2S_2O_8降解罗丹明B的性能,最终选用溶胶-凝胶法制备催化剂.在此基础上重点考察了催化剂铁负载量、催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂用量、Na_2S_2O_8的浓度、罗丹明B溶液的初始浓度、溶液pH值以及不同无机离子对降解罗丹明B的影响.实验结果表明,在催化剂的负载量为8%,煅烧温度为500℃,罗丹明B初始浓度为4 mg/L,氧化剂Na_2S_2O_8浓度为4.8 g/L,催化剂用量为4 g/L,pH值为4的条件下,罗丹明B的脱色率最高可达96.09%.同时不同的无机离子对反应体系有一定的抑制作用. The Fe-loaded activated aluminium oxide as catalysts were prepared with different methods and the degradation activity by sodium persulfate was investigated with this catalyst. It was showed that sol-gel method was the best method with the comparison of the other methods. On this basis,factors affecting the degradation of rhodamine B were studied such as the Fe-loaded content,calcination temperature,catalyst dosage,the initial concentration of rhodamine B,the concentration of sodium persulfate,pH value and different inorganic ions. The results showed that under the condition that the Fe-loaded content were 8%,calcination temperature was 500℃,the initial concentration of rhodamine B was 4mg / L,the concentration of sodium persulfate was 4.8 g / L,catalyst dosage was 4 g / L and pH value was 4,the optimal decolorization rate of rhodamine B could be up to 96.09%. And different inorganic ions had a certain inhibiting effect on the reaction system.
