摘要 随着技术的进步和国外对高等级器件的禁运,低等级塑封器件在宇航产品中的使用比例逐年地增加。由于低等级塑封器件不是为宇航用产品所设计的,故其在宇航产品中运用时存在诸如密封、分层、吸湿和挥发等问题。低等级塑封器件在应用于宇航产品之前必须对其进行质量保证,制定相应的质量保证方案以确保所有的、应用于宇航产品上的元器件在额定条件下的失效率达到10^(-9)/h的水平。 As technology advances and foreign countries embargo high-grade components, the use proportion of low-grade plastic packaging components in aerospace products increases year by year. Since low-grade plastic packaging components are not specifically designed for aerospace products, so there will be problems such as sealing, delamination, moisture, volatilization and so on when they are applied to aerospace products. It is necessaly to do quality assuarance and make the corresponding assurance plan for low-grade plastic packaging components before they are applied to aerospace products, so as to ensure that the failure rate of the components used in aerospace products under rated conditions can reach the level of 10^-9/h.
