摘要
通过微波提取技术从芦荟中提取芦荟多糖,采用单因素和正交试验,分别考察了微波辐射功率、时间、料液比、温度等因素对芦荟多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:微波时间为5 min,微波功率600 W,料液比1∶6 g/m L,温度为50℃时,提取工艺最佳,提取率为0.231 7%。通过干燥器控制湿度的方法对芦荟多糖提取物进行吸湿和保湿性能测试,结果表明芦荟多糖提取物是良好的保湿剂。
Aloe polysaceharide was extracted from Aloe by microwave extraction technology. The effects of microwave time, power, ratio of material to liquid, and temperature on the extraction rate of poly- saccharide from Aloe were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the best extraction process included: microwave time of 5 minutes, the power of microwave of 600 W, solid/liquid ratio of 1: 8, and temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. Under this condition the extraction rate of Aloe polysaccharide was 0. 2317%. Finally, the moisture absorption and moisture retention of Aloe polysaccharide were tested by the method of controlling humidity of the dryer, and the Aloe polysaccharide has good moisture absorption and moisture retention.
