摘要
合成了较灵敏的显色剂二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷(DADM),并研究在中性条件、Tween-60及MnSO4溶液存在下,水浴加热25min时,二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷与锗(Ⅳ)的显色反应。结果表明,其最大吸收波长为λmax=550nm,ε=1.08×105L·mol-1·cm-1。锗(Ⅳ)的含量在0~0.6μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律。方法可靠快速,可用于含锗样品的测定。
This article synthesized the comparatively sensitive color developing agent. It is diantipyryl - ( p - dimethylamino) - phenythane (DADM). Then we studied diantipyryl - ( p - dimethylamino) - phenymethane with germanium ( IV ) reaction under the neutral condition, with the existence of Tween - 60 ( 1 : 100 = v: v水 ), MnSO4 (6mg/mL), 25 minute‘s heating in water bath. It can create purplish red complex with λmax =550nm, ε = 1.08 × 105 L . moL-1 . cm-1 , germanium's content accords with Lambert - Beer's Law in the range of 0- 30ug/50ml. The method is reliable and fast. It can be used for germanium sample's measurement.
