摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定紫甘蓝提取物中的乙醇残留量。结果表明,乙醇在0.02~1000μg范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限为0.05mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.64%,回收率为99.16%~101.21%。该方法精密度好、回收率高、操作简单、条件易于掌握,可用于紫甘蓝提取物中乙醇残留量的测定。
To determine the residual quantity of ethanol in extraction of purple cabbage by headspace gas chromatography. Ethanol showed good linearity in the range of 0. 02 - 1000μg, the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9993, the detection limit is 0. 05 mg/ kg, relative standard deviation is 0. 64%, recycling rate of 99. 16% ~ 101.21%. The method has good precision, high recovery rate, simple operation and easy to grasp. It can be used for the determination of residual ethanol in purple cabbage extract.
