萘乙酸对绣球花嫩枝扦插生根的影响

Effects of Naphthylacetic acid on rootage of cutting twigs of the Hydrangea macrophylla

以绣球花(Hydrangea macrophylla)‘经典红’品种为试材,就不同质量浓度萘乙酸(Naphthylacetic acid,NAA)溶液及其浸泡时长对绣球花夏季嫩枝扦插生根的影响进行了研究.结果表明:NAA对绣球花嫩枝扦插生根的作用具有两重性,适宜的质量浓度和浸泡时间能有效提高插穗成活率,缩短生根周期,促进插穗地上部生长,同时改善了根系生长状况;高质量浓度或长时间浸泡会导致插穗腐烂;高质量浓度短时间处理效果优于低浓度长时间处理.在1 000 mg/L的NAA溶液中速蘸,绣球花嫩枝成活率和生根指标均为最佳.

The effect of Naphthylacetic acid （NAA） treatments with different concentrations and soaking time on rotage of cutting twigs of Hydrangea macrophyUa cv. Classic Rood were investigated. The results showed that the effects of NAA on the cutting had dual nature, and the treatments with the appropriate concentration and soaking time could effectively improve the survival rate of cuttings, shorten the rooting period, promote cuttings twig growth and root traits; the treatments with high concentrations or long time immersion could lead to the decay of cuttings; the effect of the treatments with high concentration and short time was better than the that of low concentration for a long time. The study showed that quick dipping in the 1 000 mg/L NAA solution was the best way to improve the survival rate of cuttings and the growth of cutting seedlings.
