摘要
使用差示扫描量热仪对成核剂HPN-68L、NCME801、NX8000K、CHB1和NAA-325改性嵌段共聚聚丙烯(Block copolymerized polypropylene,PPB)的结晶度和结晶速率等参数进行了研究,并考察了不同用量的成核剂HPN-68L对PPB结晶度和结晶速率等参数的影响.结果表明:成核剂HPN-68L对PPB结晶性能的改善效果较优,其提高PPB结晶度的最佳用量为0.150 g/100 g PPB.
Effects of the variety of nucleating agent HPN-68L, NCMES01, NX8000K, CHB1, NAA- 325 and different addition amount of nucleating agent HPN-68L for crystallinity rate or crystallinity of block copolymerized polypropylene (PPB) were observed by means of differential scanning calorimete (DSC). The results showed that nucleating agent HPN-68L could accelerate the crystallization of PPB, and the nuclear agent HPN-68L adding amount at 0. 150 g/100 g PPB was good for improve the crystal- linity of PPB.
