摘要
溧水紫金(永阳)科技创业园会展中心建筑总体外形呈复杂的空间球形曲面,采用轻型的大跨度空间单层网壳结构体系。设计过程中,分析了作用于结构的恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、温度以及地震作用,并对各种工况进行组合,分析结构静力、动力特性,考察杆件承载力及结构稳定性。分析结果表明:经拓扑找形可实现杆件的最优化,高曲率空间双曲面为网壳结构提供了良好的整体稳定性;应用直接分析设计法对网壳进行稳定性分析时,考虑结构整体与构件初始几何缺陷,可准确地反映结构受力和稳定性情况。
The overall appearance of Exhibition Center in Lishui Zijin( Yong Yang) Industrial Park is a complicated space spherical surface.Lightweight large-span spatial single-layer reticulated shell structural system was adopted.In the design process,the effects on the structure were analyzed including constant load,live load,wind load,temperature and earthquake action,and the various working condition were combined to analyze static and dynamic characteristics of structure,bearing capacity of components and structure stability.Analysis results show that using topology to determine component shape can optimize components.High curvature spatial hyperboloid provides a good overall stability for latticed shell structure.Application of direct analysis and design method in stability analysis of latticed shell can accurately reflect the mechanical and stability conditions,when considering the initial geometric imperfection in overall structure and components.
