摘要
超高层混合结构中广泛采用大尺寸混凝土构件,其收缩、徐变在施工结束阶段以后仍有较大发展,导致结构封顶时的变形差与长期使用阶段变形差有较大差异。建立天津津湾广场9号楼有限元模型,采用CEB-FIP(90)收缩、徐变模型,对其进行施工阶段以及长期使用阶段竖向变形分析,总结两个阶段结构的变形及变形差规律。结果表明,收缩对剪力墙核心筒长期变形增长起到很大作用,筒体沿楼层的变形由施工阶段的抛物线型过渡到线性,筒体-钢框柱变形差有4倍增长,长期变形不可忽略。
Large size concrete members are widely used in hybrid structure of super high-rise buildings,and concrete shrinkage and creep keep increasing quickly after construction,thus leading to a large difference between the deformation difference in structure completion stage and the deformation difference in long-term use stage.Based on CEB-FIP( 90)shrinkage and creep model,a finite element model of No.9 building of Jinwan Square in Tianjin was built,and vertical deformation analysis on the model was conducted for stages of construction and long-term use respectively.The laws of deformation and deformation difference in two stages were summarized.Results show that shrinkage contributes a lot to long-term deformation of corewall and shear wall.Deformation of the corewall along the layer changes from parabolic curve in the construction stage to linear curve.Deformation difference between corewall and steel frame column has four times growth and long-term deformation should not be neglected.
