摘要
昆明天湖景秀棚户区改造项目的百米高剪力墙住宅采用基础隔震技术。介绍了此隔震结构设计的性能目标,隔震支座布置,隔震计算分析,归纳了隔震层偏心率,楼层最小剪刀系数,支座应力与变形,抗风验算,构造要求等特殊控制指标,重点论述了高层剪力墙隔震设计中的关键问题,如减震效果与经济性,抗倾覆验算,三向时程分析,下部结构等效模型,支座更换设计等。
The base isloation technology is applied to a 100-meter-high shear wall residential building of Tianhu Jingxiu Shantytown Renovation project.The seismic performance objectives of isolation structural design.isolation.bearing arrangement and isolation calculation and analysis were introduced.Special control isdices were summarized in including isolation layer eccentric rate,minimum floor shear coefficient,bearing stress and deformation wind resistance calculation structural requirements etc.It focused on the key problems in seismic isolation design of high-rise shear wall,such as the damping effect and the economy,anti-overtuming checking,three-dimensional time-history analysis,equivalent model of substructure and bearing replacement design etc.
