前交叉韧带重建本体感觉恢复影响因素分析 被引量:8

Analysis of influencing factors for recovery of proprioception after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤后本体感觉下降以及ACL重建术后本体感觉有所恢复已经得到大多数研究的证实。然而ACL重建术后本体感觉恢复的程度及快慢报道不一,而且受多种因素的影响。目前缺少文献系统分析ACL重建本体感觉恢复影响因素。本文具体分析了损伤病程、合并损伤、保残重建、单双束重建、移植物来源以及康复方案等因素对ACL重建本体感觉恢复的影响。 It has been confirmed by most studies that proprioceptive deficitexists in patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and recovery of proprioception develops after ACL reconstruction. However, the extent and the period of proprio- ceptive recovery after ACL reconstruction are different as reported in these studies. Many factors are involved in the recovery of proprioception after ACL reconstruction. There are few reports on the systematic analysis of influencing factors for the recovery of proprioception after ACL reconstruction. In this paper, the influencing factors for the recovery of proprioception after ACL re- construction are systematically analyzed, such as the course of ACL injury, associated injuries, remnant - preserving reconstruc- tion, single - or double - bundle reconstruction, the source of grafts, and rehabilitation programs.
