复方竹叶石膏颗粒防治家兔急性放射性食管炎氧化与抗氧化作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究复方竹叶石膏颗粒对急性放射性食管炎家兔食管一氧化氮(NO)含量及羟自由基(OH·)水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力影响及作用机制。方法将40只清洁级家兔随机分为空白对照组、单纯照射组、复方竹叶石膏颗粒组、康复新液组。各给药组均于放疗前1周给药至放疗结束后7 d停药,各组均于放疗结束后第7天留取家兔全长食管,检测食管组织中NO含量、OH·产生能力及GSH-Px、CAT的活力。结果单纯照射组经直线加速器6 MV X射线照射32 Gy后,食管组织中NO含量、OH·产生能力和GSH-Px、CAT活力均明显高于空白对照组(P均<0.05)。复方竹叶石膏颗粒组和康复新液组食管组织中NO含量、OH·产生能力和GSH-Px、CAT活性均明显低于单纯照射组(P均<0.05),复方竹叶石膏颗粒组上述指标和康复新液组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。复方竹叶石膏颗粒组OH·产生能力及GSH-Px活性与空白对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),康复新液组OH·产生能力及GSH-Px活性均明显高于空白对照组(P均<0.05)。结论复方竹叶石膏颗粒能够显著降低急性放射性食管炎家兔食管组织中NO含量、OH·产生能力以及GSH-Px和CAT活性,从而发挥保护食管的作用。 Objective It is to study the effect of compound Zhuye Shigao granule (CZYG) on content of hydroxy lradical (OH · ) and nitric oxide (NO), the activity of eatalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in rabbit with radia- tion-induced esophageal. Methods Forty rabbits, clean grade, were randomly divided into blank control group, simple irradia- tion group (model group) , CZYG group (treatment group) , Kangfuxinye group (positive control group). The drugs were giv- en started from one week before the irradiation to one week after the completion of the irradiation, and the total length of rab- bits^esophagus in all groups were kept for detecting the content of NO, OH and the activity of GSH-Px, CAT seven days after radiation finished. Results The content of NO, OH and the activity of GSH-Px, CAT in rabbits" esophagus issue were in- creased significantly radiated by 32 Gy of 6 MV X-ray from linear accelerator compared with blank control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with simple irradiation group, the content of NO, production of OH · in in rabbits'esophagus issue in CZYG group and Kangfuxinye group was decreased, accordingly the activity of GSH-Px, CAT was decreased( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no sig- nificant difference in these indexes between CZYG group and Kangfuxinye group( P 〉 0.05 ). there was no significant difference in production of OH· and activity of GSH-Px between CZYG group and bank control group (P 〉 0.05) , but these indexes in Kangfuxinye group were higher than that in control group. Conclusion CZYG can reduce the content of NO and OH· and de- crease the activity of GSH-Px and CAT in esophagus issue of rabbits radiated with 6 MV X-ray,which may be the mechanism for the treatment of inflammatory esophagus induced by radiation.
