真空渗碳炉加热室温度场数值模拟与分析 被引量:8

摘要 加热室是真空渗碳炉的核心部分。炉温均匀性及工件加热效率等参数是衡量真空炉性能的重要指标,加热室设计直接影响炉子的使用性能和生产效率。本文基于有限元计算平台,建立真空渗碳炉加热过程的数学模型,对不同加热室参数及整体输出负荷下的温度场进行模拟及预测,确定了加热管数量、加热管外径及整体输出负荷对工件温度均匀性及加热效率的影响规律。结果表明:适当地增加加热管数量、合理选择加热管外径和整体输出负荷能提高工件的加热速率,降低工件的温差。 The heating chamber is the core part of the vacuum carburizing furnace. The uniformity of furnace temperature and the heating efficiency of the work piece are important indicators to measure the performance of vacuum furnace, and the design of the heating chamber directly influences the performance and productivity of the furnace. Mathematical model of heating process of vacuum carburizing furnace was established based on the finite element calculation platform. The temperature field of heating chamber under different parameters and whole output load was simulated and predicted. The influences of the number, the outside diameter of the heating pipe and the overall output load on the temperature uniformity and heating efficiency of the workpiece were determined. The results show that the heating rate of the workpiece can be increased and temperature difference of the workpiece can be decreased by properly increasing the number of the heating pipe, reasonably selecting the outside diameter of the heating pipe and the whole output load.
