摘要
对低碳钢板HC260LA进行了退火处理,分析了退火后差厚板的组织和性能。然后对其进行了960℃×2 h淬火+700℃×3 h高温回火处理,并对比了差厚板处理前后的组织和性能。结果表明:经淬火+回火处理后,钢板的硬度有所降低,弹性模量显著提高;组织更加均匀,碳化物弥散分布,晶粒更为细小。
The annealing treatment of low carbon steel HC260LA was carded out. Microstructure and properties of the tailor rolled blank (TRB) after annealing were analyzed. And then quenching at 960 ℃ for 2 h and high temperature tempering at 700 ℃ for 3 h of the steel sheet were carded out. And the microstructure and properties of the TRB before and after the treatment were compared. The results show that after quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of the steel sheet decreases, and the elastic modulus increases significantly. The microstructure is more uniform, the Carbides are dispersed distribution, and the grain is finer.
