摘要 进行了YF45Mn V钢试样不同加热温度、保温时间及冷却方式的热处理。通过金相显微镜观察和运用硫化物金相定量分析统计的方法,研究了YF45Mn V钢经过热处理后硫化锰夹杂物的变化规律。结果表明在950~1100℃保温0~2 h,硫化物不同长宽比(L/W)的数量都减小;在950~1250℃保温2 h,随着加热温度升高,试样中硫化锰夹杂物长宽比L/W〈3的所占的比例越来越多;在1100℃,随着冷却速率的增加(由空冷到水冷),在保温1 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物(L/W〈3)数量减少;在保温3 h时,纺锤形硫化锰夹杂物数量增加。 The heat treatment of different heating temperature, holding time and cooling modes of YF45MnV steel samples was carried out. The change rule of manganese sulfide inclusions in YF45MnV steel after heat treatment was studied by means of metallographic microscope observation and statistical method for sulfide metallographic quantitative analysis. The result show that at 950-1100 ℃ for 0-2 h, the number of different length and width ratios of sulfide is decreased; at 950- 1250 ℃ for 2 h, with the increase of heating temperature, the ratio of the length and width (L/W〈3) of manganese sulfide inclusions in the sample is more and more; at 110℃, with the increase of cooling rate (from air cooling to water-cooling), when holding time is 1 h, the number of spindie manganese sulfide inclusions (L/W〈3) reduces; when holding time is 3 h, the number of spindle manganese sulfide inclusions increases.
