摘要
使用金相分析和XRD物相分析的方法研究了BN4不锈钢热处理对碳化物析出的影响规律。结果表明BN4不锈钢在空冷条件下和水冷条件下析出的是Cr3C2相;在600~650℃热处理时,碳化物析出最为严重,其次是900℃,且空冷较水冷的碳化物析出严重得多。BN4不锈钢热处理时温度应低于500℃或高于900℃,且冷却方式为水冷。
Influence rules of heat treatment on carbide precipitation of the BN4 stainless steel were studied by using method of metallographic analysis and XRD phase analysis. The results show that carbide precipitation of the BN4 stainless steel under air cooling and water cooling conditions is Cr3C2 phase. The carbide precipitation is the most serious when the heat treatment temperature is 600-650℃, next is 900 ℃, and carbide precipitation under air cooling condition is much more serious than that under water cooling conditions. The heat treatment temperature of the BN4 stainless steel is higher than 900 ℃ or lower than 500 ℃, and cooling method is water cooling.
