摘要 7A04铝合金本体锻件,在表面处理后发现个别件过烧。由于本体零件加工工序多,生产周期长,生产成本高,为了减少生产损失,需采用电导率涡流检测进行铝合金无损鉴别。通过试样检测,得出试验件临界过烧的结论,然后对本体零件逐个进行电导率涡流测量,根据测量结果,划分验证分析范围。结合金相组织检测分析,得出临界电导率判定值,从而将正常与过烧组织零件进行鉴别区分。 7A04 aluminum alloy body forging generates overbuming of individual pieces after surface of many machining processes of the body parts, long production cycle and high production cost, in order to reduce the loss of the production, the nondestructive identification of aluminum alloy should be carded out by eddy current conductivity. By samples testing ,the conclusions is that the sample is critical burnt.Then, the conductivity of eddy current of body parts were tested one by one, according to the measurement results, the verification analysis range were divided.Combined with the metallographic microstructure detection analysis, the decision value of critical conductivity can be obtained,then, the normal and overbumt structure parts can be identified.
