Study on organic modification of bentonite and its adsorption performance in wastewater

摘要 结合天然膨润土的层状结构以及阳离子型表面活性剂的正电性和疏水性,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为改性剂,制得有机阳离子改性膨润土。研究了有机改性膨润土投加量、p H值、吸附时间及吸附温度对甲基橙模拟废水脱色率的影响。试验结果表明:有机改性膨润土的投加量为4 g/L,吸附时间为40 min,废水p H值为6.0,吸附温度为35℃时,有机改性膨润土对甲基橙模拟废水的脱色率可以达到98.1%。 Based on the stratified structure of natural bentonite and the positive electricity and hydrophobic property of cationic surfactant, with hexadeeyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) as the modifier, organic cation modified bentonite was prepared. The influences of organic modified bentonite, pH value, adsorption time, and adsorption temperature on deeolorization rate of stimulated methyl orange wastewater were studied. The results of the test showed that, when the dosage of organic modified bentonite was 4 g/L, the adsorption time was 40 min, the pH value of the wastewater was 6.0, the adsorption temperature was 35 ℃, the decolorization rate of the simulated methyl orange wastewater by the said modified bentonite could reach 98.1%.
