摘要
某铁路局洗涤中心采用转鼓格栅-混合调节-一体化MBR反应器-次氯酸钠消毒组合工艺处理列车卧具洗涤废水,介绍了工艺流程设计、主要构筑物设计参数以及工程运行情况。运行结果表明,出水一直稳定达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中洗涤用水水质标准和DB 11/471—2007《洗衣回用水水质要求》中最严格的指标要求。
The washing center of a railways bureau using combined process of drum grille-mixed regula- tion-integrated MBR reactor-sodium hypochlorite to treat train bedding washing wastewater, the process design, the design parameters of the main structures, and the project running condition, were introduced. The operation results showed that, the effluent water quality was stable, which not only met the requirement of rinsing water standard in GB/T 19923-2005 The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water -Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses, but also met the strictest requirement of DB 11/471-2007 Requirement for Water Quality for Laundry Water Recycling.
