UASB-外置式MBR-NF组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液工程实例

Project example of landfill leachate treatment by UASB-external MBR-NF combined process

采用UASB-外置式MBR-NF组合工艺对生活垃圾渗滤液进行处理,处理规模为50 m^3/d。介绍了该工程的设计和运行情况,运行结果表明,该工艺耐冲击负荷,生物降解效率高,出水稳定,处理效果良好,出水水质满足GB 16889—2008《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》一般污染物排放要求。

Using UASB-external MBR-NF combined process to treat domestic landfill leachate, the treat- ment scale was 50 m3/d. The design and operation condition of the said project was introduced. The running result showed that, the said process had strong anti-shock loading capacity and high biodegradation efficiency, the effluent water quality was stable. The effluent water quality met the specification for common pollutants discharge in GB 16889-2008 Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste.
