摘要
ABS材料由于其耐油酯性能和低温冲击性能较差,应用受到一定的局限性。文章通过双螺杆挤出机制备了耐油酯耐低温ABS/PBT合金,考察树脂的选择、PBT含量、相容剂含量、增韧剂种类及含量对ABS/PBT合金的力学性能、耐油酯、低温冲击性能的影响。结果表明,将PBT与ABS共混能改善ABS的耐油酯性能,同时选择中粘PBT更有利于ABS/PBT合金的制备;在ABS/PBT合金中添加适量的相容剂,能有效地提高合金的各项性能;在ABS/PBT合金中添加MBS作为增韧剂,能更有效地提高合金的低温冲击性能。
Because of the poor grease resistance and low temperature resistance of ABS, the application of ABS has some limitations. Grease resistant and low temperature resistant ABS/PBT alloys were prepared by using twin-screw extruder. The effects of types and content of PBT, content of the compatibilizer, types and content of flexibilizer on properties of the ABS/PBT alloy were studied. The results show that the blending of PBT and ABS can improve the grease resistance of ABS. The medium viscosity PBT was more favorable for the preparation of ABS/PBT alloys. Adding appropriate amount of compatibilizer can effectively improve the performance of the ABS/PBT alloy. When MBS was used as the flexibilizer, the low temperature impact strength got a most effective increase.
