摘要 药物共晶是用来改善药物活性成份(API)的理化性质的一种新兴技术。原料药形成共晶后,可改善其生物利用度、熔点、稳定性、溶解度和溶出度,同时易于获得知识产权的保护,具有巨大的商业潜力和广阔的应用前景。文章介绍了药物共晶相关的研究进展,包括其制备方法,表征手段和设计思路等,旨在进一步指导药物共晶的设计筛选,为设计新的药物共晶提供参考思路。 Pharmaceutical co-crystal technology is an emerging technology, which is used to improve the physical and chemical properties of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, API by forming co-crystal. Co-crystal can improve the bioavailability, melting point, stability, solubility and dissolution of API. At same time, pharmaceutical co-crystal can get the protection of intellectual property rights, bringing enormous commercial potential and broad application prospects. The research progress about co-crystal technology was introduced in the paper, including its preparation method, characterization and design strategy. It aimed to guide the design and selection of pharmaceutical co-crystal.
