摘要 富含酸性气体天然气资源在输送及加工过程中都将带来诸多问题。同时,富酸气天然气净化技术面临天然气气质和尾气排放标准的双重挑战。天然气因气质、开采规模等差异性也体现在脱除工艺的不同。文章简述了天然气脱酸性气体的常见方法、脱除原理及工艺流程;介绍了天然气脱酸性气体工艺的研发及应用进展,包括湿法脱硫、干法脱硫、湿法脱碳与干法脱碳技术;并进一步探讨了天然气不同处理规模与脱酸性气体工艺的匹配原则与可行性。最后,展望了小型天然气井脱除酸性气体与资源化利用工艺的发展方向,以期为小规模天然气脱酸性气体工艺路线选择提供新思路。 Acidic natural gas will cause some problems in its transportation and processing processes. It generally meets the quality of the feed raw natural gas and the limitation of the emission gas during the natural gas purification process. The purification technology is closely depending on the quality of the feed raw natural gas as well as the mining scale. In this review, the methods, removing mechanisms, and processes for the natural gas purification were interpreted and the advances in the development of acidic gas removing and engineering application were summarized. Furthermore, the feasibility and process principle of nature gas purification for different scale wells were discussed. The development directions of the purification technologies for the small natural gas well were also forecasted. This review could provide new ideas for the natural gas purification.
