摘要
创新创业能力的培养是新时代药学人才培养的重要内容,是区域经济和社会发展的需要。针对当前药学创新创业人才培养的现状,结合"互联网+"战略和我们在创新创业能力培养中的实践,探索了提高民族地区药学人才创新创业能力的方法。
The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important aspect of pharmacy personnel training in the new era, which is suit for the needs of regional economic and social development. In view of the present situation of pharmaceutical innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training, combining with the Internet plus strategy and our practice in the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial ability, the method of improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of pharmaceutical talents in ethnic areas is explored.
