超声辅助法提取生姜中姜辣素的工艺研究

生姜中姜辣素具有抗氧化,镇痛解热,抗衰老、抗肿瘤等作用,所以提取生姜中姜辣素很有意义。实验通过单因素实验,用紫外分光光度法测定其得率,获得超声波辅助提取法提取生姜中姜辣素的最佳工艺条件。结果为料液(乙醇)比1∶14 g/m L,乙醇体积分数85%,超声功率200 W,超声时间30 min,用最优条件提取生姜中姜辣素,提取率为1.86%。

Determination of the yield of the method by UV Spectrophotometry. The optimum technology of gingerol from ginger was determined by a single factor experiments. The result shows that the ratio of material to alcohol is 1∶14 g/mL, Ethanol concentration is 85 %, Ultrasonic power is 200 W, Ultrasonic time is 30 min, The extraction of gingerol from ginger with optimal conditions, the extraction rate is 1.86 %.
