摘要
生姜中姜辣素具有抗氧化,镇痛解热,抗衰老、抗肿瘤等作用,所以提取生姜中姜辣素很有意义。实验通过单因素实验,用紫外分光光度法测定其得率,获得超声波辅助提取法提取生姜中姜辣素的最佳工艺条件。结果为料液(乙醇)比1∶14 g/m L,乙醇体积分数85%,超声功率200 W,超声时间30 min,用最优条件提取生姜中姜辣素,提取率为1.86%。
Gingerol from ginger with antioxidant, analgesic and antipyretic, anti-aging, anti-tumor effect, so the extraction of gingerol from ginger was very significant. Determination of the yield of the method by UV Spectrophotometry. The optimum technology of gingerol from ginger was determined by a single factor experiments. The result shows that the ratio of material to alcohol is 1∶14 g/mL, Ethanol concentration is 85 %, Ultrasonic power is 200 W, Ultrasonic time is 30 min, The extraction of gingerol from ginger with optimal conditions, the extraction rate is 1.86 %.
