鲜胰酶激活直接提取猪肺中肝素钠工艺探究

Technology Investigation of Heparin Sodium Extracted Directly from Pork Lung Activated by Fresh Pancreatic Enzyme

本实验利用猪肺为原料代替竞争激烈的猪小肠提取价格昂贵的生化药物肝素钠。实验中用猪胰脏激活胰酶提取肝素钠代替了传统的离子交换树脂和胰酶。结果表明酶解彻底清澈无渣便于过滤,制得数量和质量均理想的产品,工艺成本低廉,"肺"物利用,绿色环保。

In the study, pork lung has been used as raw materials instead of small intestine of pig for heparin sodium extract, which is an expensive biochemical drug. Heparin sodium extracted directly from pork lung activated by fresh pancreatic enzyme other than ion exchange resin traditionally used. The result shows that enzymolysis of pork lung is clear and filtration is facile. Both quantity and quality of heparin sodium were satisfied for requirement of low production cost.
