摘要
以一种新型β型(名义成分:Ti-5.5Mo-5.5V-6.5Cr-3.5Al-3Sn-3Nb)钛合金管材为研究对象,应用Simufact有限元分析软件,通过构建钛合金无缝管三辊和五辊冷轧时的三维模型图并对模型进行简化,阐明了该合金管材的轧制变形基本原理。通过对模拟参数与边界条件的设定,揭示了三/五辊中轧辊圆心沿径向的物理位置随时间变化特征以及管材在轧制过程中壁厚的变化规律,为优化和制定钛合金管材轧制工艺提供理论参考。
Taking a new type of beta Ti alloy(nominal composition: Ti-5.5Mo-5.5V-6.5Cr-3.5Al-3Sn-3Nb) tube as research object and using a finite element analysis soft named Simufact, the fundamental of rolling deformation for this alloy tube is illustrated by establishing 3D models during three-roller and five-roller rolling as well as simplified model. The change characteristics of three/five roller in the roll center along the radial direction of the physical location over time and the change law of tube wall thickness during rolling process are indicated by setting simulation parameters and boundary condition. It can provide theory reference for optimizing and formulating the tube producing process.
