摘要
目前生产30%的单氰胺溶液均采用一次反应蒸发工艺,该生产工艺不仅操作条件要求苛刻,而且能耗高、危险性大;而利用三次循环法生产30%的单氰胺溶液,不仅操作简单容易控制,而且有效避免了现有生产工艺能耗高、危险性大的缺点,生产出的单氰胺中双氰胺、硫脲、尿素等杂质含量少,达到了优级品。
