摘要
以十二酸、十四酸、十六酸、十八酸组成的混酸,配以蓖麻油为原料,在85℃下与30%的氢氧化钠水溶液中和、皂化反应1小时,再在体系中加入透明剂,搅拌均匀、加香、加色后,倒入模具冷却成型,制得了全透明皂。研究了脂肪酸比例、透明剂用量以及蓖麻油用量对透明皂性能的影响。
Castor oil and mixed acid of twelve acid, fourteen acid, sixteen acid and eighteen acid were used as raw material which occurred neutralization and saponification reaction with 30 % sodium hydroxide solution at 85 ℃ for 1 hour. And then, a transparent agent was added to the system. A transparent soap was prepared after stirring, flavoring, coloring and cool-molding to the system. The effects of the ratio of fatty acid, the amount of transparent agent and the amount of castor oil on the properties of transparent soap were studied.
