摘要
三氟甲基化化合物在生物学、药学、农药、有机材料等领域有着非常广泛的应用。因此向目标分子中引入三氟甲基成为当前的热点研究课题。文章从亲电、亲核和自由基三氟甲基化等3个方向总结了三氟甲基化的研究进展,并指出了存在的问题和发展前景。
Compounds that contain CF3 group hold wide applications in biology, pharmacy, pesticides and organic materials. As a result, much attention has been paid to the development of new synthetic methods for the introduction of CF3 group into diverse organic compounds. The recent progress in trifluoromethylation via nucleophilic substitution, electrophilic substitution or free radical reactions is summarized. The current problems are discussed, as well as the future prospects.
