摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定熊果酸-乙醇共晶中熊果酸的含量分析方法。方法以Sino Pak-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0μm)为色谱柱,甲醇∶0.1%磷酸水(v∶v(88∶12))为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为20μL,在210 nm波长处测定检测其含量。结果熊果酸在浓度80.0~120.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;准确度、精密度、稳定性试验的RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法操作简便,结果重现性好,准确快速,适用于熊果酸含量的测定。
Objective: A High Performance Liquid Chromatography method was established to determinate concentration of ursolic acid in ursolic acid-ethanol cocrystal. Method: Stationary Phase: Sino Pak-C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm and 5.0 μm); the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water(88∶12, 0.1 % phosphoric acid included); flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; injection volume: 20 μL; The wavelength of UV detector was 210 nm. Result: The linear range of ursolic acid was 80.0~120.0 μg/mL. The RSDs of accuracy, precision and stability test were less than 2.0 %. Conclusion: this method is simple, reproducible and accurate results, fast, suitable for the determination of ursolic acid content.
