摘要 建立了一种同时测定蔬菜和水果中59种农药残留的超高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。样品经1%醋酸乙腈溶液提取,震荡离心后经Qu ECh ERS试剂盒净化,UPLC-MS/MS法同时定性、定量测定蔬菜和水果中59种农药残留。59种农药在5~500 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.99;以5,10,50μg/kg 3个浓度水平进行添加回收实验,59种农药的平均回收率在60.5%~109.7%之间,相对标准偏差为2.6%~17.1%,方法的检出限为0.01~0.80μg/kg。方法重现性、灵敏度高、分析时间短、确证能力强,适用于蔬菜和水果中59种农药残留的同时检测。 A method for simultaneous determination of 59 pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The samples were extracted with 1 % acetic acid in acetonitrile, added. The samples were centrifuged and purified by Qu ECh ERS kit. The UPLC-MS/MS method was used to quantitatively determine 59 Pesticide residues. The linear range of 59 pesticides in the range of 5~500 ng/mL was good. The correlation coefficient(r) was greater than 0.99. The recovery experiment was carried out at the concentration of 5, 10, 50 μg/kg. The average recoveries of 59 pesticides were between 60.5 %~109.7 % and the relative standard deviations were 2.6 %~17.1 %. The detection limit was 0.01~0.80 μg/kg. The reproducibility, high sensitivity, short analysis time and strong ability of confirmation are suitable for the simultaneous detection of 59 pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.
