摘要
以释放度为指标,考察了非诺贝特微囊制备过程中明胶浓度、成囊温度、搅拌转速、甲醛用量对非诺贝特微囊释放度的关系。
Preparation of microcapsules of fenofibrate. In vitro release was also studied r as index. Studyed the effects of fenofibrate microcapsule preparation during gelatin concentration, sacculation temperature, stirring speed, dosage of formaldehyde.
