“普世价值”还是共同价值:关于人权价值的辨析

“The Oecumenical Values” or the Common Value:Debate of the Value of Human Rights

人权价值并非"普世价值",而是人类在生存和发展的过程中因主体的普遍性需要而产生的共同价值。西方"普世价值论"错误地混淆了人权价值的普遍性与"普世性"、共性与个性、道义性与政治性、理想性与形而上学性。这就需要警惕西方某些国家打着人权旗号,在全球强行推广所谓的"普世价值"。中国把解决国内民生问题视为实现人权价值的突破口,但决不允许其他国家借口人权问题干涉我国内政。中国在实现人权价值的过程中,其话语建构需自主化、话语体系需国际化、价值理念需现实化、实现路径需时代化。这是中国政府实现人权价值的责任所在。

The value of human rights is not ＂the oecumenical values＂, but the common value of human beings due to the universality of the subject in the process of survival and development. The Western ＂oecumenical value theory＂ wrongly confused the following characteristics of the value of human rights ： ＂the oecumenical＂ and universality, generality and individuality, moral and political, ideal and metaphysics. This needs to be wary of some western countries which forced to promote ＂the oecumenical values＂ under the banner of human rights in the world. China has to solve the domestic livelihood issues as a breakthrough to realize the value of human rights. But it will never allow other countries to interfere in China＇ s internal affairs on the pretext of human rights issues. The value of human rights needs autonomous discourse construction and requires international discourse system;its values need to face reality, and its path needs to epoch in the process of realization in China. This is the responsibility of the Chinese Government to realize the value of human rights.
