悬振锥面选矿机处理钨细泥 被引量:5

摘要 江西某钨细泥主要为黑钨矿,粒度组成细,矿泥含量高,其中钨矿多分布在37μm粒级以下,采用传统重选方法回收,效果不理想,钨矿物回收困难。为提高资源利用率,试验针对此矿石性质特点,采用新型重选设备悬振锥面选矿机处理黑钨细泥脱硫尾矿,取得了理想的回收指标。试验采用悬振锥面选矿机在给矿浓度25%,盘面回转振动频率16 Hz,盘面转动频率17 Hz,给矿量1 t/d,冲洗水量5.28 t/d的条件下精选;在给矿浓度20%,盘面回转振动频率16.5 Hz,盘面转动频率15 Hz,给矿量0.8 t/d,冲洗水量4.8 t/d的条件下精选,进行一粗一精分选工艺,最终可获得品位WO_3为27.65%,WO_3作业回收率52.18%的钨精矿,富集比可达45,选别指标较好。验证了悬振锥面选矿机用于回收此细粒级钨的可行性,为矿山选别细粒级钨提供了一种新的重选工艺。 The fine tungsten slime in Jiangxi contains mainly the wolframite and slime, among which the wolframite mainly exists in〈37 um size. The effect is not ideal when the traditional gravity separation is used to recover it, so tungsten mineral is difficult to recover. According to the characteristic and nature of the ore, the research adopts a newly gravity concentration equipment HVC concentrator to recover flotation tailing of wolframite slime, obtaining good metallurgical performance. Finally, the test can receive wolframite concentrate with WO3 grade of 27.65% and recovery of 52. 18% when HVC concentrator was used for roughing and cleaning once. The roughing process is that the concentration is 25% ,the disk rotating vibration frequency is 16Hz, the disk rotation frequency is 17 Hz, the ore feed is 1 t/d, flushing water is 5.28 t/d. The concentrate process is that the concentration is 20% , the disk rotating vibration frequency is 16. 5 Hz,the disk rotation frequency is 15 Hz,the ore feed is 0. 8t/d,flushing water is 4. 8 t/ d. The enrichment ratio was attained to 45 times, and the beneficiation index is good. The feasibility that use HVC concentrator to recover tungsten is verified, and a new gravity separation process is provided for the mines.
