摘要
采用碱改性方法改性粉煤灰,通过单因素试验处理含铬废水,并对操作条件进行选择和优化,单因素试验表明当投灰量60 g/L,pH值14,吸附时间60 min,吸附温度为20℃,Cr^(6+)初始浓度为40μg/m L的条件下,Cr^(6+)去除率可达92.72%。吸附机理试验表明碱改性粉煤灰吸附含铬废水的过程符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。
The operating condition of Cr6+ removal from water by alkali modified fly ash has been compared and optimized by single-factor experiment methods. The single-factor experiment results show that when the dosage of the modified fly ash is 60 g/L, pH = 14, and the adsorption time is 60min, the removal rate can reach more than 94. 71%. The mechanism of Cr6+ removal from water by modified fly ash has been discussed. The adsorption of Cr6+ by modified fly ash conforms to Freundlieh model.
